Right of withdrawal

Returns within Germany are free if the purchase was made via the following website: https://www.riss-arbeitsschutz.de . Here's how it works in a few simple steps (you need a printer):

1. Find your order number:

Please go to your order confirmation email. Then please go to www.riss-arbeitsschutz.de and go to the returns page or log in to our website. Select the product you want to return and fill out the form our system will guide you through.

2. Safe Package:

Pack any items you are returning in secure packaging, along with the delivery note created in the returns portal. This is very important so that the returns team can easily identify your order and process the refund quickly (Make sure to remove or cover the original shipping label and attach your new return label to the package.)

3. Now you're done and can take your package to a post office near you.

Keep your shipping receipt. The items and their respective condition remain your responsibility until we receive your return at our warehouse.

Once your package is received by our returns team and your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notification from us. It may take 3 to 5 business days for your refund to be received on your original payment method. Note: During busy periods, returns may take up to 28 days to process.

*Orders placed separately cannot be returned together. Combining orders may slow down the returns process and result in a delay in refunds. Please note that labels not created through our online portal will not be recognized and their use may result in your return being rejected by our returns partner.
